Sequentially probes `l2Book(@N)` over a bounded range to find HIP-1 spot pairs not exposed by HL `spotMeta`. Discovery is cached 10 minutes. `discoveryMidPrice` is the orderbook midpoint at discovery time (best-effort — these pairs have no `assetCtxs` entry).
