Download a Postman Collection v2.1 generated from the live OpenAPI document

Returns a Postman v2.1 JSON collection grouped by tag (Events, Markets, etc.). Auth is declared once at the collection root (Bearer → `{{ARTERY_KEY}}`) and inherited by every item. `base_url` is exposed as a collection variable so importers can swap staging ↔ production by editing one field. Cookie-guarded for internal-admin staff only.
