Remove an org platform attribution

delete/v1/admin/orgs/{orgId}/platform-attributions/{id}

Admin equivalent of the customer-side DELETE. The same RLS-scoped store delete is used — the admin just bypasses the API-key org-scope check and supplies orgId explicitly.
