Recent anomalies detected on this event, optionally filtered by kind

Public per-event view. Returns the same AnomalyRecord shape as `/v1/me/anomaly-feed`, but scoped to one event and not filtered by caller org. Useful for dashboards that display a per-event anomaly history. Window defaults to the trailing 7 days and is clamped to a maximum of 30 days; limit defaults to 100 and is capped at 500.
