Recent trades observed across providers for an event

Aggregates observed public Kalshi and Hyperliquid trades into one feed. Polymarket is intentionally excluded because Artery captures only wallet-scoped account fills, not an all-market feed. Results are newest first; use `limit` to control the page size (1..500).
