Trigger an hl-adapter backfill (admin)

Proxies to hl-adapter POST /admin/backfill with the configured bearer token, then records an audit row in hl_backfill_runs. Returns the hl-adapter response (per-file breakdown). Use `dryRun: true` first to size the work — dry-run skips the heavy file scan and returns a rough estimate based on file sizes.
